With very great efforts, a piece of land ad-measuring about 470 sq.mts could be purchased from the Govt. agency viz. CIDCO - CITY AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF MAHARASHTRA LTD. in Sector-8 of Vashi, Navi Mumbai. <p>On this mighty land , during the year 1997, a beautiful temple was constructed for Lord Ayyappa - <i><b>Sree Dharmasastha -</b></i> with Sree Ganapathy, Sree Durga Devi, and Lord Siva. During the year a separate temple for Lord Muruka was constructed together with Navagrahalaya and Sarpagraha within the Sree Ayyappa Temple Complex itself, making it a Siva Kudumbam.
